After raw and auxiliary materials arrive at the factory, they are verified by the warehouse manager. Verification details include: raw and auxiliary material name, manufacturer, quantity, production date or batch, certificate of conformity, etc., and the raw and auxiliary material verification record is completed. The process quality department is then notified to collect samples and conduct inspections according to the relevant inspection procedures. Once qualified, the materials are processed for storage.

Raw and auxiliary materials are categorized into two types based on their impact on final product quality: Category A raw and auxiliary materials have a greater impact on final product quality, while Category B raw and auxiliary materials have a lesser impact. The Process Quality Department is responsible for establishing quality standards for various raw and auxiliary materials. The Process Quality Department is also responsible for developing process inspection procedures, including sampling point settings, monitoring indicators, indicator measurement procedures, and monitoring frequency.

First Article Inspection: Inspection of the first, first batch, or first few products manufactured at the start of production or after machine commissioning and adjustment.
On-Line Inspection: Tracking and inspecting product quality throughout the entire production process.
Peripheral Inspection: Quality Assurance and Quality Control conduct quality inspections of products at relevant processes at regular intervals or during the production process.
Finished Product Inspection: Inspection of the final finished product in batch production.
Outbound Inspection: Inspection of finished products upon shipment.
The Process Quality Department is responsible for monitoring and measuring processes in accordance with process inspection procedures and maintaining relevant records.
